With over two decades of experience in New York City and Europe’s top kitchens combined, Executive Chef/David Melbequi and Co-Owner Daniel Rivera now have a place to call their own.  Located in the East Village, David’s Café brings refined techniques to classics, pairing your favorite home cooking with tasteful French sophistication at brunch, dinner and happy hour.  Having helmed some of NYC’s best kitchens including Rotisserie Georgette, The Standard’s Boom Boom room, BLT Market and Daniel, Malbequi is excited to be cooking the food he genuinely loves to eat.  Signatures range from a hamburger Poutine to Smoked Chicken Wings and Ramen Mac & Cheese.
